I am seeking an experienced programmer who is able to create a facial recognition solution by utilizing Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and blockchain. This project requires the use of image recognition technology, with the GAN being generated through artificial intelligence. The type of blockchain to be used has not yet been determined, so a recommendation from the freelancer is welcomed.
