Expert Pine Script Developer Needed for Custom MTF MACD Divergence & Stochastics Indicators

Im looking for an experienced Pine Script developer to create two high-performance custom indicators for my TradingView strategy. This project requires a deep understanding of divergence mechanics and multi-timeframe (MTF) data handling.
The goal is to have clean, efficient, and non-repainting code that is easy to use.
Deliverable 1: Custom MTF MACD Divergence Indicator
This indicator should automatically detect and display divergences between price and the MACD oscillator on 8 different time frames. Once the script is finalized all HTF signals needs to be shown on the lowest timeframe screen.
Key Requirements:
Standard Inputs: Must include customizable settings for MACD (Fast Length, Slow Length, Signal Smoothing).
Criteria is divergence between price and indicator with some specific rules that will be provided once bid is accepted.
MTF Functionality:
Must include an input dropdown menu to select the desired higher timeframe (e.g., "3H," "4H," "12H," ).
Performance: Code must be optimized to handle MTF data requests efficiently and correctly, avoiding common issues like repainting or lookahead bias.

Visual Display:
