We are looking for a **MEV Researcher & Algorithmic Trader** passionate about on-chain arbitrage and **Maximal Extractable Value (MEV) strategies** on Ethereum. You will work on optimizing and implementing **advanced MEV value-capture mechanisms**, exploiting market inefficiencies, and developing low-latency trading algorithms.

### **? Responsibilities:**
✔️ **Design and test advanced MEV strategies** (DEX arbitrage, sandwich attacks, liquidations, backrunning, frontrunning, JIT liquidity).
✔️ **Analyze the Ethereum mempool** and detect real-time trading opportunities (Flashbots, SUAVE, private mempools).
✔️ **Develop ultra-optimized MEV trading bots** using **Solidity, Python, Rust, or TypeScript**.
✔️ **Optimize latency and gas costs** through advanced transaction bundling and calldata compression techniques.
✔️ **Leverage cross-chain opportunities** via bridges and Layer 2 networks (Arbitrum, Optimism, StarkNet, zkSync).
✔️ **Work closely** with the Smart Contract & Infrastructure teams for optimal execution.
✔️ **Engage with MEV builders and searchers** to maximize transaction inclusion chances.

? **Proven experience in MEV research and implementation** on Ethereum, Solana, or other blockchains.
? Expertise in **algorithmic trading** and **transaction flow analysis** (mempool monitoring, priority gas auction).
? Strong development skills in **Solidity, Rust, Python, or TypeScript** to build MEV bots.
? Deep understanding of **DeFi protocols** (Uniswap, Curve, Aave, Lido, EigenLayer, Flashbots).
? Experience with **ultra-low latency networks** and **high-frequency trading (HFT)**.
? Knowledge of **risks and countermeasures** (Flashbots, PBS, MEV mitigation techniques).
? **Bonus:** Experience in **cross-chain MEV, flash loans, CEX/DEX arbitrage, bundle relays, and SUAVE**.
