Develop system using ANN, SVM, RF, NB, DT or other algorithm

Hi there, I'm working on a small project, and I'm a little bit stuck with creating an small expert system using ANN, SVM, RF, NB, DT or other algorithm for the dataset I have. I'm relatively new in this area, so that's the reason why I'm stuck. I belive that for anyone who is a bit longer in this area, this project will be easy.
The database deals with the differentiation between different types of diseases. What you need to do is to develop expert systems based on one of the machine learning methods, ANN, SVM, RF, NB, DT or some other algorithm. Of course, the choice of algorithm must be supported by the reasons why that particular algorithm was chosen, and not another one. Also, before creating the system itself, analyze the database in detail in terms of the parameters used and their correlation with the observed state, and if necessary, refine the database.
This has to be done using Python.
Also, I expect you to write explanation of the results that you've got from the dataset, along with explanations for all the graphs that you get.
