1- Implement data sorting by Radix sort. Sort the data in descending order.
2- To get familiar with the digital methods and principles to generate random processes (noise and interference), form and measure their characteristics.
3- To get familiar with digital signal transmission and receiving algorithms and methodology for measurement and calculation of an error probability. Investigate the dependence of the error probability on the signal to noise ratio.
