Chief Investment Management Officer XRP Crypto

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Investment Officer (CIO) with deep expertise in quantitative crypto trading, XRP, and DeFi markets to help scale a next-generation digital asset and wealth management family office. The organization currently manages $100B+ in assets under management (AUM) and is targeting growth to $220B+ AUM over the coming years.

This remote, USA-based role is ideal for a senior investment leader who has successfully managed large-scale crypto portfolios ($10B–$20B+), led teams of quantitative analysts, data scientists, and operations professionals, and built high-performance algorithmic and event-driven trading frameworks. The CIO will be responsible for defining and executing XRP-focused DeFi investment strategies, optimizing risk, and driving automation across trading systems—combining institutional trading discipline with blockchain and Web3 innovation.

The ideal candidate brings a strong strategic mindset alongside hands-on technical expertise, proven leadership in high-growth environments, and the ability to represent the firm publicly when required.
