Building Logistic Regression (BUILD algorithm) + Solve Dual SVM

Please contact me for more info. Must have a clear understanding of the underlying algorithm of Logistic Regression. (I will provide basis for Linear Regression algorithm) that you will modify as needed or build a new logistic regression algorithm.

Dual SVM problem we will discuss more in-depth. < You will implement this from scratch as well.
