Build an algorithm that can understand and pull attributes from online recipes

If given a recipe - or a large series of recipes, can someone create an algorithm that can deduce with high levels of accuracy certain aspects of a recipe such as: Number of separate ingredients, Number of tools needed (how many separate knives, separate measuring instruments, #pots/pans, different appliances, etc...) Total Time of dish by oreo vs cook time, basically key things that most people do not state at the beginning of a recipe that can only be deduced by reading and understanding the recipe. Should have high levels of accuracy and be able to work for a variety of differently written recipes from different authors and about different cuisines .Should store multitude of key data points in easy to access data formats.

In order to make sure that people have actually read these requirements, please tell me how many times I repeat the word 'test' following this sentence:
