Build Matlab Bayesian Hyperparameter Optimization Script

I have a data that has 7 inputs and 4 outputs (11*54942 matrices). I need a working Matlab script to solve hyper parameter neural network optimization. I want to obtain "learning rate,training rate,activation function,number of layers,number of hidden layers" hyper parameters to use in Matlab neural network problem. (in the excel file, between a-g columns are input and h-k columns are outputs).
