Automatic Detection and Segmentation of Barchan Dunes in the Thar Desert Using a Convolutional Neural Network

I am looking for a freelancer who can build a system for automatic detection and segmentation of barchan dunes in the Thar Desert using a convolutional neural network. The desired output of the project is both detection and segmentation of barchan dunes. The freelancer will have to acquire the necessary dataset for the project, while the programming language used for the project is open to their personal preference. The system needs to accurately detect and segment the dunes, and be robust enough to work regardless of the conditions.
