Algorithmic Trading

HI, I'm interested in getting help in building an algorithmic trading system to be used in my trading. I do trade mainly options, but would like the trading strategies to be also usable for other securities, stocks, crypto, futures (ETFs) and currency. I would like to have the source code, and install the trading system in a own system on premises, and to connect to different data sources. I might like to build a business around it, so I'll like the system to be able to be used with different stockbrokerage firms. I saw that you also build a stock exchange website and mobile app, how does it work? If I'm to have the Algorithmic system and the exchange, how much would it be for that development? Would you recommend the best hardware infrastructure to eb able to run it? Looking froward to hearing from you and define. potential project.
