I am looking for a skilled programmer who can create an algorithm problem similar to those found in ACM - ICPC competitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced programming languages such as C++, Java, and have a strong understanding of Graph Theory. The problem should be of an advanced difficulty level, and the solution should be written in one of the aforementioned programming languages. The specific topic for the algorithm problem is Graph Theory, and I am open to suggestions within this field.
