Algo set up

I am looking to set up an Algo to support my trading activities. The Algo will be designed to draw from historical market data and to run on a Microsoft Windows platform. I'm looking for an experienced professional to help me with the setup and to ensure that the Algo functions as intended. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of programming and data sources, be familiar with Microsoft Windows, and have experience in setting up Algos for trading purposes.
