Algo for tradeing

I'm looking to develop a trading algorithm for my portfolio. The algorithm should be able to execute high-frequency trading strategies, as well as trend-following and mean reversion strategies. I need the algorithm to be able to access level 4 or more order data in order for it to execute these strategies. I also have historical data on hand that can be used for backtesting the trading algorithm. Lastly, this algorithm will be used on a Kite Zerodha trading platform. If you can provide me with an algorithm that can do all of this, please let me know!
