stock market istanbul (BIST) algorithmic trade

Please analyze the data of Borsa Istanbul (BIST) stocks available at https://tr.tradingview.com/markets/stocks-turkey/market-movers-all-stocks/ and create a robot for intraday buy and sell as well as weekly and monthly buy and sell signals. There are around 500 stocks on average, and I will provide API connection information. The Turkish market is a shallow market, and monthly trading may be more reasonable. Please analyze the market data and create a strategy. I also want to use both fundamental and technical analysis data. Please provide me with detailed information about the tasks to be done.

Note that there is a gross settlement system in some stocks in the Turkish market, and intraday trading is not possible.
