I need to create full system in tradingview (pinescript) i need an ALGO programmer

I need an algo trader and programer that help me to create a full system in tradingview that can help me to automate my trading style but for now, we can make the script and test it once we decide that it is work we will make it automatic using webhooks.
we will add other conditions in the future for optimization so I need to create the backtest tester to maximize the profit and minimize the drawdown.
I think this project will take many steps to reach my requirement and I believe it will take some time please note that I will ignore the auto bids and general bids please read the file attached carefully and put your bid based on the requirements and please read the article link inside the attached file for money management techniques because I need to use these techniques inside the script and test it, also we need to apply some trading style options like aggressive trading style, scalper style, and swing style, ETC... all of this based on money management
and please note that the project will not end at this we will make much and many updates to scale this up so I need to accept only pro traders and programmers.
