Skilled Algo Developer for Trading Strategy

I need a competent Algo developer to customize my trading strategy which is based on counting the candles, breaking the high or low of the last candle. This strategy is time-based, focusing on counting the candles using a unique algorithm. Once this strategy is developed, I will need help with deploying it to my brokerage account.
