Pinescript V5 Strategy using Multi Time Frame RSI and Moving Average Crossover

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a Pinescript V5 strategy using multi time frame analysis, specifically focusing on RSI and Moving Average crossovers.
Desired Time Frame: Multi-TimeFrame
Specific Parameters: I have specific parameters in mind for both the RSI and Moving Average, which I will provide to the developer.
Ascending Order Signal: I am specifically looking for an RSI-Moving Average crossover as the signal for the strategy.
I have two scripts that could be used as starting points. Some Critical Points for the final code. As a minimum, I need the following user input parameters
The Moving Average needs to have Length, and a Multiplier adjustment as shown in the attached code. The RSI must have the Multi_Timeframe input along with RSI Length, MA Type, MA Length. Finally, I need to be able to see a minimum of three RSI's to be selected by user (eg, 1hr, Daily, Weekly) along with RSI MA for each.
Buy - When MA crossover and RSI crosses over rsiMaWeekly. Sell when opposite happens
Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Pinescript V5
- Experience with multi time frame analysis
- Expertise in RSI and Moving Average indicators
- Previous experience creating trading strategies
- Ability to work with specific parameters provided by the client
