[Urgent] Algorand based Utility Token and Smart Contract Development

Hello,

We need a developer to build our inventory/SCM utility token and blockchain ecosystems on Algorand.

A. Scope of Work
- There are three phases as below;

1. The first step will be to create and deploy tokens on Algo Mainnet with API development to link the DApp and/or ICO website.

2. Algorand based Smart Contract development to enhance its functionality and scalability.

3. Integration to the DApp and ensure functionality and scalability with workmanship

B. Architecture/Language
- Python with Algorand SDK and/or Pyteal (NO SOLIDITY)
- Blockchain algorithm: ASA

C. Terms & Conditions
- Backdoor-proof, security audit should be included on each phase
- Testing on testnet, bug-free, QA, UAT testing included.
- Multichain; we may use multiple networks and/or switch in the future, thus multichain should be supported. Developer may import MultiChain API in IDE or develop from scratch.
- Hybrid smart contract; to be able to help function for the token, presale and transaction on the DApp.
- Should be able to send/receive token to the compatible Algo wallet(ie. Pera Algo Wallet)
