Alexa applets

I need some applets created for Alexa to start a timer based on a start input (like saying Alexa, start project 1), and then it turns the lights a specific color and starts a timer. After the timer completes it doesn’t make an alarm, but instead it makes the lights bright white. There are a total of 4 applets like this I need developed.
