Siemens S7 to RSLogix Conversion
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have an existing Siemens S7 program that currently drives the machinery on a manufacturing production line, and I need the exact same functionality reproduced in RSLogix 5000 for an Allen-Bradley platform. The original code handles all real-time control for motors (G120), valves, position valves/solenoid.
You will receive:
• The complete Step 7 project archive, I/O tag list
I/O list for RSlogix controller including the model numbers of the I/O
What I expect back:
• An RSLogix 5000 (Studio 5000) project file that mirrors the existing sequences, timers, and alarms.
• A brief cross-reference document mapping every original S7 tag, DB, and FC to its new controller-scoped or program-scoped tags.
• Confirmation the code compiles without errors on a ControlLogix target and that all routine names, comments, and rung descriptions are preserved or improved for clarity.
• Port siemens profisafe to allen bradley safety equivalent for ESTOP of drives. (guard logic)
• Convert function blocks (SCL and LAD) to communicate with G120 VFDs via profinet to Allen Bradley equivalent (ethernet).
