application web

im looking for a developper to develop a programme in ajax to book appointements automatically on a web site as a visitor
- The application allows storing the information of 10 accounts
- the application keep login (send more then 10 requests every 3 second to login )
- the app keep refrech every 3 second if the date inavailable )
- the app send 10 confirmation to every account
- the app keep sending requests confirmation every 3 second
- If any error occurs, the program will repeat the step without stopping
