**WordPress Multisite SaaS Fix + Checkout Flow + Dashboard + AI Assistant (BookReady)**

**Project Overview**
BookReady is a SaaS platform similar to Acuity and GlossGenius. It allows users to create booking websites using templates, complete onboarding, and manage everything through a dashboard.

There is already strong progress on the platform. At this stage, the focus is on polishing, fixing issues, and preparing for launch at the beginning of May.

**What We Need Help With**

* Checkout and signup flow (must be smooth and consistent)
* Customer dashboard (clean, simple SaaS-style UI)
* General SaaS fixes across the platform
* Bug fixing and stability improvements
* Final polish to make the product feel complete
* Fixing and improving the Help / Support system
* Initial integration of an AI assistant (basic version)

**Help System (Scope)**
We need to clean up and improve the existing help system so users can easily find answers and understand how to use the platform.

This may include:

* Organizing help content (FAQs, guides, onboarding tips)
* Improving how help is displayed in the dashboard
* Making support feel more accessible and intuitive

**AI Assistant (Scope)**
We want to introduce a simple AI assistant inside the dashboard to support the help system and guide users.

Initial version should:

* Answer basic questions (setup, bookings, dashboard usage)
* Guide users through onboarding steps
* Be embedded cleanly inside the dashboard UI

This does NOT need to be overly complex. A clean, functional first version is the goal.

**Current State**
The core system is already built. This is not a project from scratch. We need someone who can step in, understand the system quickly, and finish strong.

* Ultimate Multisite
* Elementor
* LatePoint (booking system)
* Custom PHP / JavaScript

**Requirements**

* Strong experience with WordPress Multisite
* Comfortable debugging and improving existing systems
* Experience with SaaS-style products or dashboards
* Experience or familiarity with AI integrations (OpenAI API or similar is a plus)
* Ability to move fast and communicate clearly

**Timeline**
Goal is to have everything ready for launch by early May.
