Web tool for table reservations and food orders
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The project is essentially a booking form that enables table reservations and food orders for groups.
The form sends to a database. Booking confirmations are also sent as PDF files.
At the end there should be a payment option.
The form must be able to be embedded in external websites, e.g. via API or Javascript.
An existing example is available which can be demonstrated.
Procedure:
First, the form and the backend for the reservation are programmed. The exact processes for the tool are described in the attached PDF. This can be programmed relatively undesigned at the beginning. However, it must be structured in such a way that it will be possible to design it later. Anyway the form need to be embeddable in other websites.
The backend can be programmed separately. by using a framework, for example.
The form must therefore be able to be embedded in other websites so that the end customer does not notice any difference.
Additional information:
The project is a redsign of an old version. So this is basically an improvement.
However, as we prefer to have everything from the same developer and it should also be more easy for you to only deal with your own programming, we have decided to develope the Project from the Scratch again.
However, our old Version is still available and can also be used to develop the necessary understanding.
Essentially, the new features include online payment and the addition of a checkout and kitchen tool. The rest will be slightly modified here and there, but the current version should help with orientation.
Who we are:
We are a Germany based business Network (about 10 Persons, but normally your contact is just me).
Newcomers are also welcome as even Agencies who are able to give us one exclusive Dev who is there, if we need him. Or if an Agency has a dedicated project Manager for us who cares and takes care that his guys deliver that work we´ll need as output.
What we expect:
- You understand and speak English.
- You have skills in PHP, HTML5, AJAX, Javascript, JQuery, htaccess - rules, mySQL, Wordpress,
- You have worked with Frameworks like Bootstrap 3/4, CodeIgniter, Symfony
- It would be great if you have around you some graphic designers or even such skills.
- You are able to step into foreign projects and find your way through codings of other Devs.
- You are creative in searching solutions and don´t give up after first problems.
- You have a very high level of accuracy!
- And most important: For us comes client always first! This way you should also think!
Our workflow:
We have several guidelines we used to apply to each project to ensure, that we´ll always deliver with same quality and in same way. That means we take care about which Plugins we use, take care about law, about security. We´ll may ask you to sign an NDA, depending on the actual project.
We always check the project before we´ll deliver. However that does not mean, that we want to explain each and everything several times. So you are responsible to deliver in most times accurate results.
What we do for you:
In many cases we´ll support your work. That means for example if your work conflicts with our law here in Germany we´ll teach you, how to develope around it, what to take care about. So you´ll have more and more the ability to develope for European Companies as well. This is today more complicated than ever, as here is GPDR (here so called DSGVO) the main law (aside are "Telekommunikationsgesetz", "Bundesdatenschutzgesetz", eg.) which will affect your work. Also we´ll deliver the needed Dev-Servers and provide Access to them.
What we don´t search for:
Spammer, who bid on each project without reading it carefully and without knowing what we really search for. Therefore please send in your message also the result of this calculation: What is ten minus nine? If you answer this easy question, you´ll ensured, you´ll have our attention! ;-)
