Responsive Asset Management WebApp

Job ID: 39838413

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a lightweight HTML + JavaScript web application, backed by MySQL, that lets me stay on top of our physical equipment and inventory from any device—desktop, tablet, or phone.

The core workflow is straightforward: I add an asset, assign details (ID, location, status, purchase date, value, etc.), and the system instantly makes that record searchable and editable. From there I must be able to:

• Track each asset’s movements and current holder or storage site in real time
• Schedule, log, and view preventive-maintenance tasks with next-service alerts
• Keep live inventory counts so shortages or over-stock are obvious at a glance

A clean, responsive UI is critical; touch-friendly tables, forms, and basic charts will be viewed regularly on iPads in the field. Feel free to lean on Bootstrap or a comparable framework as long as the final bundle remains fast and easy to maintain.

Please build:

1. MySQL schema (assets, locations, maintenance, inventory movements, users/roles).
2. API or AJAX endpoints for all CRUD operations.
3. Front-end pages/components to cover the three feature areas above, with simple login/auth.
4. Clear setup instructions so I can deploy on a LAMP stack.

No heavy back-end framework is required; vanilla PHP or Node-based micro-services are both fine as long as the code stays well-commented and organized.

I’m looking for working source code, SQL dump, and a quick walkthrough video or screenshots showing the features in action so I can verify everything before sign-off.
