Optimise auto-save feature for tables in Laravel website

INTRODUCTION*****
My client has a website that allows multiple users to save data to tables (all users see the same data in the same tables). Currently, there is a feature that will auto-save and auto-refresh all tables every 60 seconds.
Although this works, users find it annoying because the auto-save/refresh function will often happen as the users are entering records (SEE "VIDEO 1" LINK BELOW). Also, when auto-refresh occurs, it bumps the table to the top of the screen, so the record the user was editing is no longer in front of them (also shown on below video).

Instead of the page auto-save/refresh, I need the new data entered by users to automatically
appear in the table without the need to auto-refresh the table. This can still happen every 60 second if it needs to, but the important thing is that the auto-save/refresh does not disrupt the user experience.
