Creating a Parts Order Form: form will need to be responsive and dynamic.
Specific requirements for the project include:
- Fields such as customer name, contact information, part number, quantity; a complete detail list and example will be provided once project is awarded.
- The form will query an existing database in order to populate SELECT lists and other relevant information.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in form building and development
- Experience with integrating forms with databases.
