BookReady SaaS Platform Optimization & Maintenance (WordPress Multisite)
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am building a SaaS platform called BookReady, which provides fully built booking websites using WordPress Multisite and Ultimate Multisite (https://ultimatemultisite.com/)
The platform is already live and functional. I am looking for an experienced developer to help stabilize, optimize, and maintain the system long-term.
This is not a basic WordPress site. It is a custom SaaS environment with advanced logic, routing, onboarding flows, and third-party integrations.
Scope of Work:
Core Responsibilities:
- Debug and fix issues across the platform (frontend and backend)
- Improve stability of the custom onboarding flow (AJAX, media uploads, mobile UX)
- Refactor and optimize custom PHP and JavaScript code
- Ensure compatibility with Ultimate Multisite, LatePoint, and MetaBox
- Fix redirect logic and access control (multisite routing and login flow)
- Improve performance and prevent conflicts (REST API, AJAX, caching)
Frontend and UX:
- Refine the custom frontend dashboard (replacing the default WordPress admin UI)
- Improve mobile responsiveness and overall user experience
- Help build a clean SaaS-style interface (Most is done, just polishing)
Ongoing Work:
- Monitor and fix bugs as they arise
- Assist with implementing new features
- Provide technical guidance for scaling the platform
Tech Stack:
- WordPress Multisite
- MetaBox
- LatePoint
- Stripe
- Elementor
- Custom PHP and JavaScript
- REST API and AJAX
Requirements:
- Strong experience with WordPress Multisite
- Experience with WP Ultimo or UM is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with custom PHP (not just plugins)
- Strong debugging skills (JavaScript, AJAX, backend)
- Understanding of SaaS-style architecture
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with booking or scheduling platforms
- Familiarity with Stripe integrations
- Good eye for UI and UX
Project Type:
Initial phase: Fix and optimize current system
Ongoing: Maintenance and feature development
