Linux System Admin Expert Needed

I'm seeking a seasoned System Administrator with extensive experience in Linux. AIX knowledge is a plus, but the primary focus is on Linux. The tasks will primarily revolve around:
- Server setup and configuration: I need someone who can efficiently configure servers to meet our needs.
- Backup and recovery setup: Establishing a reliable system for backup and recovery is crucial.
- Performance tuning and optimization: I need the system to run smoothly and efficiently, so performance tuning and optimization will be important tasks.

This project is expected to be a long-term engagement. The system administrator will conduct maintenance and monitoring on a monthly basis. The servers used are virtual servers. The Linux environment is RHEL-based.
Please provide updates and progress reports via email. The system administrator needs to be available for on-call support. The system administrator must be available 24/7 for on-call support. The system administrator must be available for 24/7 immediate on-call support. The project involves managing 6-20 servers. The system administrator will be granted full root access to the servers. The project requires an immediate start, and the selected freelancer should be prepared to begin work as soon as possible. System checks should be performed daily.
