WhatsApp AI Chatbot Setup

Looking to build a WhatsApp chatbot. The bot will collect prospect information and forward it to agents based on criteria. I'm open to your suggestioned tools (make.com, zapier, etc) Budget is limited. Suggest easy to build and easy to grow. No need complicated setup. To be setup quickly.
Key Requirements:
- Chatbot will ask prospect details (Name, Email, Mobile, Location, State, etc - less than 10 questions) some has multiple choice.
- Forward captured info to designated agents via WhatsApp
- Store all data in database
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with WhatsApp AI Chatbot setup and WhatsApp integration
- Proficiency in Airtable or any other suggestion
- Familiarity with chatbot development and data forwarding
