Spreadsheet Integration and Dashboard Creation
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to help streamline our business operations by integrating three critical Google spreadsheets into a single, cohesive dashboard. This project involves enhancing our current spreadsheet system by adding dropdowns for easy data transfer and creating a user-friendly dashboard to visualize key information.
Key Requirements:
- Integrate three Google spreadsheets: AR list, Backlog, and Proposals by sales rep.
- Add dropdowns to facilitate moving items to appropriate locations within the spreadsheets.
- Aggregate data into a single dashboard using Google Dashboard, Airtable, or any suitable platform.
- Include both customer workflow status and action items from the AR list.
- Incorporate current job details and job queue status from the Backlog list.
- Ensure the dashboard is simple, intuitive, and provides a clear overview of all critical business operations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and data integration
- Experience with dashboard creation using Google Dashboard, Airtable, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of workflow management and queue systems
- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for data visualization
This project is phase one of a larger initiative. Once the dashboard is successfully implemented, we plan to automate CRM report downloads in phase two. Your expertise in creating an efficient and effective dashboard will be crucial for the success of this project.
In addition I belive the work flow should be as followed
Proposal accepted or sent not accepted
Sent to either follow up list for sales rep or backlog for accepted proposal - we wll have drop downs on both
After backlog task is done we send it to jobs in progess.
After jobs in progress we send it to our workflow sheett - Job in progress- job completed commercial or residential - job needs more work(clean up) - job needs stump grinding - paid or bad debt.

We need a roll up dashboard with all information summary and we need a detail list to work our ops in
