Social Media Management System Development in Airtable with AI Integration & Make.com or N8N Automations
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking an experienced freelancer or team to design and implement a comprehensive social media management and marketing operations system for our company (50+ employees). The system will use Airtable as the backend database with Noloco and/or Notion as user-friendly interfaces for employees. We're open to other tool suggestions that can accelerate deployment. Our priority is finding someone with proven experience who can bring this system to life as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Please note that I am experienced in building Notion & Noloco dashboards/templates, complex Airtable schemas, simple make.com automations, and using AI tools. This will be a collaborative project where I'll lean on you to brainstorm with me on the current bottlenecks & ways to solve for them. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build a complete social media management system using Airtable as the backend database
- Create intuitive employee interfaces using Noloco and/or Notion (or recommend better alternatives based on your experience)
- Develop an AI-powered content ideation system that generates post ideas aligned with our business goals, national holidays, relevant industry events, and trending topics
- Build an employee submission portal where staff across the company can request social media content and submit post ideas
- Develop a content production workflow that helps employees create approved content for their personal professional channels following company guidelines
- Implement a manager approval system for reviewing employee-submitted content before it can be shared on official company accounts
- Set up automated workflows using Make.com or n8n for content generation, scheduling, and response management
- Integrate AI tools (including but not limited to Google Gemini 2.5 Flash) for automated caption writing, image editing/background removal, and content creation
- Create automation systems for comment and DM monitoring with intelligent routing to appropriate team members
- Develop lead capture and notification workflows that ensure swift action on potential opportunities
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for tracking performance and ROI
- Document all processes and provide training materials for our team
- Ensure the system is scalable and can accommodate our growing marketing needs
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience building complex Airtable bases as backend systems for businesses with 50+ employees
- Demonstrated expertise creating user interfaces in Noloco and/or Notion that connect to Airtable
- Expert-level knowledge of Make.com or n8n (please specify which you prefer and why)
- Experience building employee-facing portals and approval workflows
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows, particularly for content generation and image processing
- Portfolio showing previous social media management systems you've built using no-code/low-code tools
- Experience with API integrations between various platforms (social media APIs, AI services, calendar APIs for holiday tracking)
- Understanding of marketing operations, employee advocacy programs, and social media best practices
Deliverables:
- Fully functional Airtable base serving as the backend with all necessary tables, views, and automations
- User-friendly frontend interfaces in Noloco and/or Notion including:
- Employee submission forms and dashboards
- Manager approval interfaces
- Personal content creation templates with brand guidelines
- Content calendar views
- Complete automation setup in Make.com or n8n with all scenarios/workflows configured
- AI tool integrations for content ideation, creation, image editing, and response generation
- Employee advocacy system with guidelines and approval workflows
- Lead notification and routing system
- Documentation including system architecture, user guides, and maintenance instructions
- Training session(s) for our team (marketing staff, employees, and managers)
- 30-day post-implementation support for bug fixes and minor adjustments

Looking to start immediately with an estimated 2-4 weeks for initial implementation. Potential for ongoing maintenance and enhancement work.
Budget:
