Goal
> Build a complete Order Management System in Airtable, designed to centralize order data, automate synchronization with Shopify, and provide a custom interface for efficient daily operations.

Process
1. Database Structure
Main Orders Table
Create a new table to aggregate order-level information
Set up a parent record structure for all line items belonging to the same order
Include key details: order header, recipient information, card messages, delivery tracking, and order shipped timestamp
Follow field specifications provided in the Figma mockup (PDF)

Order Line Items Table
Add Airtable-specific fields for JSON Metafields translation
Apply all field specifications from the Figma mockup (PDF)

2. Automation
Develop a custom automation script to sync Main Orders fields with Shopify Orders Metafields
Ensure full two-way synchronization for real-time data updates between Airtable and Shopify

3. Custom Interface
Build the complete interface layout according to the Figma mockup
Implement dynamic order detail views for quick and intuitive order management
