SSD Client Transition Manager
Budget: $30 – $50 USD
This project involves overseeing the orderly transition of roughly 500 Social Security Disability clients from my existing law-firm practice to a newly formed non-attorney representative LLC owned by my 2 sons. All client files are current and well indexed; what I need now is a seasoned project manager to drive two critical stages of the hand-off.
First, you will handle the initial outreach. Texts and Phone calls are our preferred channel, so you will craft a concise script, schedule and complete the texts and calls, document every interaction, and flag any questions that require my personal follow-up. Accuracy here is crucial—each client must clearly understand why the representation is changing and feel comfortable with the new arrangement. My sons are running practically all aspects of the firm now.
Second, you will shepherd every client through finalizing revised representation agreements. That includes sending the paperwork, monitoring signature status, chasing stragglers, and confirming that executed agreements and SSA forms are stored in the correct digital folder. When a client decides not to transition, you will note that disposition immediately so we can close the file at the firm.
I expect a straightforward dashboard—Excel, Airtable, or your preferred project-management tool—showing call attempts, outcomes, agreement status, and any compliance notes. At the close of the engagement I need a clean client roster, all agreements in place, and a summary report detailing completion metrics and any unresolved issues.
If you have successfully run similar high-volume client transitions, especially in legal or regulated settings, your expertise will fit perfectly. Let me know how soon you can start and the approximate timeline you foresee for wrapping up the calls and signed agreements.
