Record Transactions Into Airtable

Client has a backlog of historical transactions that must be entered into an existing estsblished Airtable right away. Each record must include both the underlying data description copied over, 5 to 12 images captured, specifications from product description aquired from text or visual assessment then recorded in predefined columns, and the original receipt or statement image, captured through the Chrome extensions. Approximately 25 to 49 key points of image or data to cspture per item. Per 100 expect average key storkes per itme of 7 x 49 = 343 x 100 = 34300 key storkes or actions. Anticipated jeystroek rate with image capture 7000 ksh

You will look at each image, extract the key details, and map them to the correct Airtable fields, 10-key entry for numeric fields and straightforward copy-and-paste where the source text is already machine readable.

Accuracy is non-negotiable—Airtable formulas downstream depend on each field matching the agreed specification list—so spot-checking all submissions. Experience working directly inside Airtable and with Chrome data-capture extensions is essential; please highlight similar projects where you combined image capture with structured database entry.

• Fully populated already built and in use Airtable rows for every historical transaction, including attached images
