Ongoing Airtable Maintenance & Reports

I run an Airtable base that powers core business workflows and now need a seasoned Airtable specialist to keep it healthy and insightful. Periodically (10 - 15 hours per month) you’ll jump in, perform the necessary database updates—cleaning records, tweaking field types, maintaining relationships, importing new data, and ensuring nothing breaks—then refresh our reporting layer.

The analytics side is equally important. I rely on clear financial reports, up-to-date performance metrics, and a set of custom dashboards that leadership can view at a glance. Your job is to build or refine these views, using formulas, roll-ups, interfaces, and charts so that each refresh is accurate and instantly useful.

You’ll log hours as work is needed, typically in a single monthly sprint, but I may ping you between cycles for quick fixes or advice. While automation setup isn’t part of the immediate scope, an eye for opportunities there is a plus.

Deliverables each cycle
• Updated Airtable base with all records current and structure optimised
• Refreshed financial report, performance metric views, and dashboards
• Brief change log outlining what was modified and why
