Installer-Focused Schedule Management Software
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I run a small kitchen installation and cabinet business and need a custom job scheduling and subcontractor management app. I’m looking for a no-code developer (Glide, Softr, Airtable, Adalo, or similar) to build a simple, mobile-friendly system to manage jobs, assign them to subcontractors, and track progress.
Key Features Needed:
1. Job Creation & Management:
• Enter job details (customer, address, job type, date/time, notes).
• Track job status (“Not Started”, “In Progress”, “Completed”).
• Attach photos and documents to each job.
2. Subcontractor Management:
• Add subcontractors and assign jobs to them.
• Each subcontractor can only see the jobs assigned to them.
• Subcontractors can view their jobs on a mobile-friendly app.
• Subcontractors can upload photos, update job status, and leave notes.
3. Scheduling / Calendar View:
• Drag-and-drop calendar for daily/weekly scheduling.
• View who is assigned to what job at a glance (admin view).
• Avoid double-booking.
4. Admin Dashboard:
• View all active jobs, assigned subs, and job status.
• Export data if needed for reporting or accounting.
Users:
• Admin (myself) – full access.
• 2–10 subcontractors – mobile access to their allocated jobs only.
Requirements:
• Build using no-code tools (Glide, Softr, Airtable, Adalo, or similar).
• Mobile-friendly (iOS and Android).
• Simple interface for non-technical users.
• Guidance on basic usage and setup.
Budget:
• Flexible, just starting small — looking for cost-effective solutions.
Deadline / Delivery:
• Ideally within 2–3 weeks, but open to discussion.
To Apply:
• Please provide examples of previous no-code apps you have built (especially scheduling/field management apps).
• Give a rough estimate of time and cost for a system like this.
