Help with survey software and integration with Airtable

Looking for a block of hours to ask questions about selection and implementation of survey software (currently using TypeForm, for which we like the UI) and we're starting to implement Airtable.
I am looking for an expert in forms and airtable. We are at the start of a project and putting together a prototype. We have an initial prototype with some limitations and a spec written. Example of questions:
- Can we program typeform to ask conditional question (e.g. do you smoke, if yes then ask how much)
- Can we link a prelim form to a more detailed form with logic to not waste the user's time if they don't qualify?
- Can we do basic calculations in Typeform (e.g. BMI from weight, height, inches from ft and in)
- Can typeform (I think the answer is no) or other similar tools provide progress of surveys versus only fully complete?
