FullStack developer

You:
You are a Front-End UI Developer / Designer with experience building client-facing SaaS dashboards, forms, and workflows—ideally using Softr, Airtable, and Stripe. This role bridges design and functionality to create a clean, professional, and intuitive user experience. You are organized, efficient, and are not afraid to ask a question or look up an answer if you don't know something.

You’ll collaborate with our founder and the backend/DevOps team (AWS, API integrations) to ensure the app looks great, loads quickly, and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile.

We’re now launching Find My Stage, a SaaS platform that helps speakers discover and secure speaking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Build and style application pages in Softr (from scratch and using templates).
Connect Softr to Airtable and other data sources as required.
Create and configure user authentication, member-only areas, and access rules.
Set up forms that write to Airtable and trigger workflows.
Configure lists/grids pulling from Airtable views (with sorting, filters, and pagination).
Implement premium content locking with Stripe subscription plans.
Apply brand guidelines (color palette, fonts, logos) for consistent design.
Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
Test the entire flow (Sign Up → Profile → Dashboard → Payment Upgrade).
Work with marketing to embed or link the Softr app inside WordPress.
Provide handoff documentation for future updates.
Requirements
+ Proven experience building in Softr (portfolio or live app examples required).
+ Strong UI/UX skills, with an eye for clean, modern, conversion-friendly design.
+ Experience with Airtable setup (tables, views, linked records, filters).
+ Familiarity with Stripe integration for subscription-based SaaS products.
+ Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
+ Ability to work with a non-technical project manager and translate requirements into functional builds.

Must be comfortable speaking on Zoom with me for briefing, updates, and progress. Strong ability to document your work clearly and easily.

Nice to Have
-Experience embedding Softr apps into WordPress.
-Knowledge of other no-code tools (Webflow, Bubble, Xano).
-Basic familiarity with APIs and Zapier/Make for automation.
-SaaS or membership site design experience.
