AI-Driven CRM Dashboard Integration

I need a single workspace that marries the flexibility of Google Sheets with Gemini-powered AI functions inside Airtable or a comparable low-code CRM. The goal is to see every project, its stakeholders, and its current status at a glance, while the system quietly handles automated data analysis, natural-language summaries, predictive insights, and day-to-day workflow management, tarcking stakeholder progress, scheduling, email management (impound and outbound).

Here is what must happen for this build to feel seamless to my team:

• Real-time sync between Google Sheets data and the chosen CRM so no one ever worries about version control.
• Embedded Gemini (or equivalent) scripts that analyse incoming rows, surface patterns, and generate plain-English summaries or next-step suggestions, predicts next benchmarks, tracks completion
• Predictive fields that forecast deadlines or resource needs based on historical data.
• A dashboard view that lets me assign owners, update progress, and trigger automated reminders without leaving the table.
• Clear documentation so we can extend or tweak automations later.
