Design Airtable CRM & Automations
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete Airtable build that functions as our central CRM, geared toward sales tracking and task automation. About 50 team members will rely on it every day, so clean relationships, clear permission settings, and an intuitive Interface Designer front-end are essential.
The base should include dedicated tables for contacts, companies, deals, and activities, all linked so reps can move seamlessly from lead to close. I want a pipeline view that updates in real time, automated follow-up tasks whenever a deal changes stage, and weekly performance summaries that land in email or Slack without manual effort.
Deliverables
• Fully structured Airtable base with sample data and field linking in place
• Custom interface pages tailored for reps, managers, and admins
• Three live automations: stage-based task creation, due-date reminders, and a weekly sales report
• Short Loom walkthrough and a concise how-to document for ongoing maintenance
