Database Data Entry from Online Sources

I have a set of web-based databases that hold both text and numerical records which need to be copied into our own system. Your job is to pull each record exactly as it appears—no summarising, no omissions—and input it directly into the database interface I will provide.

Because the content is mixed data, close attention to field types and formatting is essential; dates must stay in the correct yyyy-mm-dd structure, numbers go in their numeric columns, and descriptive text goes into its text fields without hidden line-breaks or extra spacing. I will share a short Loom video and written field guide so you can see how a perfect entry looks before you begin.

Once you receive login credentials you can work at your own pace, but I’d like to review the first 100 rows within 24 hours so we can be sure everything aligns with our validation rules. After that the remainder can be delivered in daily batches.

When you mark the task complete I expect:
• All assigned records accurately entered into the database interface
• Zero duplicate or missing rows (I’ll provide an auto-generated count for you to cross-check)
• A quick note flagging any fields you were unsure about so we can correct them fast

If you already have experience migrating information from online databases into MySQL, PostgreSQL, Airtable, or similar tools, that will help you move even quicker, though any solid data-entry background with a track record of accuracy is welcome.
