Custom Content & Task Dashboards

Hey there! I’m looking for someone who can help bring a clear, visually clean, and brain-friendly system to life using Airtable (primarily) and Notion.

I’ve already collected some templates and examples (Notion-style layouts, spreadsheet samples, and Etsy-style planners), and I need someone to help translate those concepts into working dashboards—simple, organized, and tailored to our creative flow.

NOTE: I only need the layout or format. The content is up to me (I will be the one who will add on each folder)

What You’ll Help With:
1. Set up a Main Dashboard (Home Hub) in Airtable or Sheets with categories like:
-Overview
-Clients
-Projects
-Quick Links
2. Build a Recurring Task Tracker (daily/weekly/monthly)
3. Create a "One-Off To-Do" Board for miscellaneous tasks
4. Set up a Quarterly Projects Tracker (mission, goals, subtasks)
5. Develop a Content Creation Flow (e.g., TikTok video production pipeline)
6. Create a Social Media Calendar – starting with TikTok & Pinterest
-Include hashtag quick reference
-Include basic post metrics/stats
7. Repurpose that calendar format for Email Marketing Planning

Tools We’ll Be Using:
Airtable (preferred for visual/drag-and-drop layouts)
Notion
Possibly using gallery/kanban view setups

Ideal Freelancer:
Loves making complex things simple
Familiar with Airtable + Google Workspace
Great communicator

Bonus: Has an eye for visual layout/UX, maybe has worked with social media or content teams
