Custom Airtable Swim School Interface

I want to overhaul our existing Airtable base so it finally works the way a busy swim school operates.

The new set-up must let us:

• track every student from first enquiry through ongoing assessments,
• schedule classes without double-booking lanes or instructors,
• generate and manage billing & invoicing on time.

All data should flow smoothly from Jotform (where parents complete enrolment forms) straight into Airtable, and I also need Sleekflow connected so any contact updates or messages stay in sync with the records.

Three different groups will use the system—Instructors, Administrators and Accountants—so the interface needs clearly defined views and permissions that match their daily tasks. Instructors, for example, only need access to their lesson rosters and assessment sheets, while the Accounts team should land directly on invoicing dashboards and payment status reports.

Deliverables
• Re-structured Airtable base with tables, views and automations for enrolment tracking, class scheduling, billing/invoicing and student assessments.
• Live integrations: Jotform (new submissions → Airtable records) and Sleekflow (contact sync + message log).
• Role-based interfaces: separate but connected dashboards for Instructors, Administrators and Accountants.
• A short how-to guide or quick video walkthrough so the team can hit the ground running.
