We are looking for an experienced Airtable user to create a base for managing our neon sign products. You will need to set up tables and columns to store information about the products, including photos, AI design files, sizes, and pricing in both USD and GBP.
Please follow these instructions to complete the task:
1. Create a new Airtable base named "Neon Sign Products".
2. Set up the following tables: 'Products', 'Photos', 'AI Design Files', and 'Sizes'.
3. Configure the 'Products' table with the following columns: 'Product Name', 'Cost Price USD', 'Shipping Price USD', 'Cost Price GBP', and 'Shipping Price GBP'. Use formulas to convert USD to GBP.
4. Configure the 'Photos' table with these columns: 'Product' (linked to 'Products' table), 'Color' (single select with 18 color options), 'Variation' (single line text), and 'Photo' (attachment).
5. Configure the 'AI Design Files' table with these columns: 'Product' (linked to 'Products' table) and 'Design File' (attachment).
6. Configure the 'Sizes' table with these columns: 'Product' (linked to 'Products' table), 'Size Name' (single line text), 'Width (cm)' (number), 'Height (cm)' (number), 'Width (in)' (formula), and 'Height (in)' (formula). Use formulas to convert cm to inches.
Once the Airtable base is set up, we will populate the tables with our product data, photos, design files, and sizes. Please ensure that the base is properly configured to allow for easy filtering, sorting, and searching for specific product variations and sizes.
