Content Workflow Manager (Airtable Specialist) – Remote

We are looking for a highly organized Content Workflow Manager with Airtable expertise to help manage and streamline our content processes. This role involves handling large volumes of content, ensuring proper categorization, and maintaining a smooth workflow from content research to final posting.

? This is NOT a social media marketing role. You will be responsible for structuring and managing content workflows, not creating or posting content.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Organize and structure content inside Airtable for multiple accounts (50+ models).
✔ Categorize and prioritize content based on engagement potential and platform suitability.
✔ Review and approve content placements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform rules.
✔ Automate content workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
✔ Coordinate with researchers and team members to ensure seamless content flow.
✔ Curate and compile content references (GIFs/images) for models to recreate, selecting the best 56 examples per cycle.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
✅ Airtable Proficiency – Strong experience in structuring and managing data in Airtable.
✅ Content Organization & Workflow Management – Experience in handling large datasets and automating processes.
✅ Attention to Detail – Ensures content is correctly placed and follows pre-set guidelines.
✅ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to coordinate with multiple team members and provide clear instructions.
