QR Code Photo Asset Manager
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a professional to set up a simple digital tracking system for maintenance/inspection of doors across multiple supermarket locations.
Requirements:
1. Database Setup: Create a structured database (Airtable or Google Sheets) to store: Shop Address/Location, Door ID, Photo Upload, and Timestamp.
2. Dynamic QR Code System: Generate unique QR codes for each door.
• Hierarchy: Shop Location -> Door Number (e.g., Shop A - Door 01, Shop A - Door 02, Shop B - Door 01).
• Each QR must point to a web form where the "Location" and "Door ID" are automatically pre-filled via URL parameters (so the operator doesn't have to type them).
3. Photo Upload Interface: A simple, mobile-friendly web form (no login required for the operator if possible) where they can take a photo and click "Submit". The photo must be automatically renamed or cataloged according to the Door ID.
4. Exportable Data: The final database should be easily filterable by Shop or Date.
Deliverables:
• The configured Database/Form system.
• A PDF/Excel file with all the generated QR Codes labeled for printing.
• A brief instruction guide on how to add new shops/doors in the future.
