Build out CRM in Airtable

I have a basic contact tab built out in Airtable but need a bunch added to it to make this a CRM I can use. I basically have contacts in there so far and need to add interactions, follow-ups, other views, etc. This would be an hour-by-hour job ideally where someone could help me as I go.
