General Workflow

1. Systeme.io (hosting & progression)
• Hosts all educational content (worksheets, audios, videos).

2. Quiz & AI correction
• Quizzes include multiple-choice questions and open questions.
• An AI (OpenAI or equivalent) automatically corrects open questions according to a defined scoring rubric.
• Calculates a final score out of 20.
• Automatically awards a badge based on score thresholds.

3. Airtable (central database & teacher dashboard)
• Serves as the central hub, consolidating all data: children, quizzes, scores, badges, certificates.
• Orchestrates the workflow:
• receives quiz results,
• applies the scoring rules,
• assigns badges and certificates,
• sends information to other tools via Make.
• Teacher dashboard:
• tracks each child’s progress,
• logs answers, scores, and badges,
• keeps a history of completed actions (quizzes taken, activities unlocked, certificates generated).

4. Make.com (automation)
• Connects all the tools: Systeme.io ↔ Quiz ↔ AI ↔ Airtable ↔ WhatsApp.
• Manages key scenarios:
• quiz correction,
• content unlocking,
• badge assignment,
• sending notifications.

5. WhatsApp (family communication)
• Automated communication channel:
• notification when a new audio is available,
