Bidirectional Airtable–WordPress Sync

My WordPress site runs on the GetVoxel.io theme and makes use of it's equivalent fields similar to ACF. All of that structure is mirrored in Airtable, so I now need a solid, two-way connection created in Make.com that keeps both platforms perfectly aligned.
The integration must cover every custom post type, every associated ACF field, and the extra GetVoxel data points I use for filtering and search. Updates can originate in either Airtable or WordPress; as soon as a record changes on one side it should appear on the other, while still letting me fire a scheduled batch sync for bulk edits or nightly backups.
You’ll configure Make.com scenarios that:
• Map every Airtable column to its matching CPT + ACF field (including repeater & relationship fields).
• Listen for webhooks so real-time triggers work no matter which platform is edited first.
• Push changes in both directions without creating duplicates, preserving IDs and meta.
• Offer a scheduled flow I can switch on or off for larger data pulls.

1. Make.com blueprint (export file) with all modules and routers.
2. Brief setup guide that shows how to add new fields or post types later.
3. One live test proving a record edited in WordPress instantly updates Airtable and vice-versa.
Once it passes that acceptance test, I’ll take it from there.
